Hosted Services Hub (via Coolify): If you apply to host services through the Coolify platform, you will be asked to provide an email address and create a password to manage your deployment.

We never sell this data or share it beyond what is necessary for service operation.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Cloudflare — for security and content delivery
Stripe & PayPal — for processing donations (we do not store payment details)

We do not set cookies, use tracking pixels, or run analytics on visitors. However, third-party services (e.g., Cloudflare) may apply essential cookies for security or service delivery.

4. Hosted Services Hub

The Online Services Hub allows third-party developers to host calculator-related services under our platform. We require all hosted services to comply with our Terms of Service, including:

All data collected (including reviews, hosted service account details, and any necessary service metadata) is stored securely on our private servers. These servers are protected by technical and organizational safeguards, including:

Triple-redundant backups (local QNAP storage, QNAP cloud, and Google Drive)
Strict server access controls
Monitoring of third-party services for compliance

For the hosted services hub, email addresses and passwords are handled securely by Coolify. Passwords are never stored in plain text — they are hashed following best practices to ensure your credentials remain safe.

6. Children's Privacy

Our website may target individuals of school age with utilities for calculator, some of whom may be minors. We comply with COPPA by not collecting personally identifiable information (PII) from minors.
